At Bin Bros, we don’t just hit "print." Every single tin is a piece of custom-engineered EDC gear. Here is how we transform your image into a permanent, high-contrast laser engraving on our premium anodized aluminum cans.

Step 1: Your Vision (Upload)

Choose your favorite photo, logo, or design and upload it directly on the product page.

Pro Tip: For the best results, use high-resolution images with clear contrast. But don't worry—our team reviews every file.

Step 2: Bin Bros Tech Review

Once your order is placed, our designers bring your image into our various specialized engraving softwares.

  • We Optimize: We manually adjust the thresholds, brightness, and contrast to ensure your image translates perfectly onto the specific anodized color you chose.
  • Vector Precision: If your image needs a cleaner edge, we create a high-contrast digital outline to ensure the laser hits with 100% precision.

Step 3: Precision Engraving

We secure your tin in our specialized industrial equipment and use high-powered lasers permanently etch your design.

Step 4: Quality Control

After the laser finishes, we hand-clean the tin to remove any residue and inspect the engraving for sharpness. If it’s not perfect, we don’t ship it. Your custom Bin Bros tin is then packed and headed to your doorstep.
